Filarmonía Vallesana is a Social Program through the pedagogical musical development, which integrates children and young people between 6 and 18 years old, mostly of limited resources, originating from different municipalities and towns around Valle de Bravo, such as: San Juan Amanalco, Rincón de Guadalupe, Donato Guerra, Acatitlán y El Temporal.
He started activities in June 2012, thanks to the initiative of the Pro Valle de Bravo International Music Festival A.C. and the Pedro y Elena Hernández Foundation, A.C., becoming one of the most important initiatives in Valle de Bravo and its surroundings.
Always supported by a group of committed entrepreneurs and sponsors interested in highlighting Mexican talent.
Nearly seven years after its inception, it has managed to support more than 1,500 children, developing in them a sense of belonging, pride and self-esteem.
The most important thing for Filarmonía Vallesana is to offer children and young people new challenges and opportunities to face life through music, reducing exposure to addictions and violence in their social environment, with a mentality that promotes play-teaching- learning.
In addition to improving their lives, they inspire their families and communities, thus strengthening the social fabric.
Generate a collective experience of social development, integrating children and young people from different socioeconomic levels through music, channeling their leisure time into study and learning activities, which allow a healthy development of civic values and cognitive, social and intellectual skills, that nurture their self-esteem, encourage their search for excellence and incentivize their creativity.
To be a reference among social organizations, for their solidity and the importance of their work, as well as for the ability to effectively promote intellectual, social and healthy living, always counting on the participation of the inhabitants of the communities , neighborhoods and neighborhoods, mainly in Valle de Bravo and nearby municipalities.
